So what exactly do I get in my handpicked delivery box each month?

Each month you will receive enough high quality ingredients sourced from around the world to make 12 delicious bubble tea drinks.  We tailor each box to expand your horizons, taking inspiration from our partners all over the planet and expanding your knowledge of the wonderful ingredients and flavours available.

How do you decide what goes into the box each month?

We know that you all have your own favourites and there are certainly different drinks that are more popular, but our mission is to expose you to as much variety as this delicious drink can offer.  We believe that every box you receive should be shrouded with mystery, and provide you with a monthly dose of excitement that we all need in our lives. Should you have firm favourites that you would like every month, let us know and we can tailor your box to include these for you.

How much is the delivery?

Delivery to all addresses within the UK are FREE. Deliveries outside of the UK do have a small additional charge but this will be shown in your cart as you make your purchase.

Does your monthly fee include VAT?

Yes, for orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included where applicable.

Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard symbol on them. Please note that to process card payments we require details of the address where the card is registered; please enter these as the invoice address. Please enter the card details carefully as incorrect details could delay the despatch of the order. If you have any queries about card payments please e-mail us at support@bobalife.co.uk

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you opt for the rolling monthly plan then you can cancel by emailing us before the 2nd of the month. If you cancel between the 2nd and the 14th, then you’ll still get that month’s box as that is during our billing and delivery cycle. For 6 and 12 month subscriptions, it’s not possible to cancel but you can transfer it to anyone you choose free of charge at any time.

When will I get billed & is it secure?

If it’s your first purchase from us, we’ll charge your card immediately. For recurring payments, the cards get charged on around the 10th of each month. This gives us plenty of time to contact you should we have problems with your payment card. Payments will appear as Mr Bubble Drink Ltd which is the umbrella company for Bobalife. If you pay your Monthly Subscription Box in advance by selecting to pay for 3, 6 or 12 months we will usually give you a discount for doing so. This will then auto renew and the original card will be charged at the end of the period unless you request for the membership to be cancelled.We use Paypal to process our payments. All transaction information passed between Bobalife and Paypal’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to Bobalife from Paypal is signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to us or Paypal’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

When will the products be delivered?

We aim to pack your order within 1-2 working days of you placing it and then dispatch it by your chosen delivery method. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within five business days of you placing your order, we will advise you by email as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or partial delivery of your order.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong product or am not satisfied with the product?

We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. Please refer to our Refund Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
