Description
Green apple bubble tea syrup in a 2.5kg bottle, the high-volume size. Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea or water for about 50 drinks a bottle at 50g each. Give the bottle a shake first.
Green apple is crisp and sharp, sweet up front and then sour, like the skin of a Granny Smith more than the flesh. It pours clear and green. It suits a cold green tea or jasmine tea over ice, and it goes into apple sodas and slushes too.
This is the size for a shop pouring green apple every day, or for a slush machine. The 150g sachet does a round of three drinks if you want to taste it first, and the 1.2kg bottle is the café size at about 24. Once opened the bottle goes in the fridge, so match the size to how quickly you will use it.
- 1 part syrup to 5 parts liquid. About 50 drinks a bottle.
- Sour-sweet and green, for green or jasmine tea.
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Made in Taiwan.
Finish it with green apple popping boba or a scoop of tapioca pearls.
