Description
Oolong tea bags for bubble tea in a 20 pack, for making oolong milk tea at home. Milk does go in oolong: brew one bag in 150 to 200ml of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, cool it, then add milk, sugar syrup and tapioca pearls, and that is the drink.
It brews toasty and smooth, with a roasted depth and a little floral lift behind it.
Twenty bags is the small pack, the one to buy first if you have only had oolong milk tea from a shop and want to make it yourself before going to the 100 pack.
