Questions we get asked
Is there a minimum order?
Not to buy from us — every bulk size on the site is available to anyone at the listed price. A trade account is a different thing: it is priced around a regular order of a decent size, so we will talk that through with you when we quote.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. The 100g pots and 150g sachets are there for exactly this. Order a few, put them in front of whoever signs off the menu, then come back to us.
How long do the products last?
Popping boba, syrups and powders keep twelve months or more when stored correctly. Tapioca pearls are best used within six to nine months. Every delivery is dated.
Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?
Yes, nationwide. Orders over £75 get free standard delivery; express is available at checkout. Larger and heavier trade orders are quoted on delivery separately, because weight is the bit that actually moves the price.
Can I mix sizes and flavours in one order?
Freely. Most trade customers run a mix of popping boba, syrups and powders together so their menu has some range to it. There is no requirement to stay in one category.
Who is a trade account for?
Any UK business selling or serving bubble tea — shops, cafés, restaurants and takeaways, dessert bars, mobile and event caterers, retailers, and schools or workplaces running it at events. If you are not sure you qualify, ask anyway.
