General Delivery Information:

We deliver to every address within the UK that Royal Mail reaches. We can also ship to countries both within Europe and internationally.


Within the UK:

  • We offer free postage and packaging for subscription boxes.
  • For all other orders, prices will vary depending on the item/s and the type of shipping chosen; either Standard or Tracked.

Outside of the UK:

  • We offer subsidised shipping for our subscription boxes; £4.50 per box within Europe and £7.50 per box outside of Europe.
  • For all other orders, prices will vary depending on the item/s and the type of shipping chosen; either Standard or Tracked.

To see all costs simply add the desired items to your shopping basket and you will see a total sum at the checkout before payment.


You can view the different shipping options on the checkout page whenever you add items to your basket. We offer a Standard Shipping as well as an upgraded Tracking option for all orders.

Here you will also note the suggested time frame that these orders will take to get to you from point of dispatch, not from point of purchase. These time frames relate to working days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends. They are also the suggested schedules that are advised by our carrier services and not a concrete guarantee. We do our best to get orders out on time but delays may occur and we cannot control orders once they are in the hands of the carrier service.

Missing or delayed orders

All of our orders are shipped with myHermes. They specify that deliveries are not technically “missing” until after these time frames:

  • Within the UK: after 2 weeks
  • Within Europe: after 3 weeks
  • Rest of the World: after 4 weeks

To cancel your order, send us an email to with your order details and we will cancel it promptly.

Please note we cannot accept cancellations once the orders have been despatched from our fulfilment centre.


We do everything we can to make sure your order will get to you in one piece, but once the order leaves our warehouse we cannot control the conditions the order is exposed to. Theft or breakages are at the customer’s own risk. We would also like to clarify that we are not responsible for tracing orders missing in the post. If you would like to be able to track your orders we do provide an upgrade option for customers to have greater peace of mind at the checkout. We can confirm dispatch date from our warehouse but after this, the customer must consult their local postal service.

Setting a “Despatch Date”

You can set a “Dispatch Date” at the checkout when purchasing any of our gift products. Please note that this is when an order is to be sent from our warehouse not when orders are to be delivered to the recipient’s address.

This dispatch date is the date when the order gets processed by our warehouse and it will then be shipped either on the same day or the next working day – so please allow time for this. Our offices and warehouse are closed over the weekend so we cannot dispatch items on Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays.

For Subscriptions:

We want you to get your hands on your order quickly, so we’ll send your first box straight away.

Subsequent monthly boxes will be sent out during the third full week of the month. We send these boxes out Monday to Friday in this week slot.

Our monthly boxes are too large to fit through normal letterboxes so you can add notes to your delivery information if you typically have large parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour. The dimensions of our box are 25cm wide x 12cm thick x 35cm long. If you’re worried, you can have the order delivered to your workplace

We deliver to every address within the UK that Royal Mail reaches. We also ship to countries within the EU for an extra £4.50 per box.

We can ship outside the EU for an additional charge. To get an estimate simply add your desired items to your basket. When you enter checkout, select the delivery country and it will automatically calculate the delivery cost.

For Other Orders:

When you buy additional products from our website, we aim to send out all deliveries the next working day. If you order before 12.00pm (BST) we will try and send out your order the same working day.

For smaller orders, we will try to keep your order “letterbox friendly”. For larger orders we will send a parcel for which you need to sign.
