Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday.
All orders are sent on a 48-hour service as standard, shipped with Royal Mail or DPD, unless otherwise agreed by email.
Free delivery is available on orders over £75 (UK only).
Express delivery options may be available on request – please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping times are the schedules advised by our carrier services and are not guaranteed. We always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur once the parcel is with the courier, which is outside of our control.
International delivery may be available on selected items; please contact us for a quote before ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, as we do not cover the cost of returns.
For items purchased with free delivery, please note that our original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund, as these were covered by us at the time of purchase.
