Jasmine tea bags for bubble tea in a 100 pack. Jasmine is a base for a lychee or peach fruit tea and for jasmine milk tea: steep one bag in 150 to 200ml of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, cool it, then build the drink over ice with syrup, milk or boba.

The brew is floral, sweet on the nose before anything is added, and fragrant enough to drink on its own over ice. Lychee, peach and strawberry syrups are the usual partners. With milk and sugar syrup it is a jasmine milk tea.

A hundred bags is the café pack, and one of our three best-selling tea bags. It suits a shop, or a home that pours jasmine more often than any other base. The 20 pack is the smaller count for a first try.

• Brew strong, cool, then add syrup and ice.
• 150 to 200ml of boiling water a bag, 3 to 5 minutes.
• Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
• Jasmine tea and nothing else in the bag.

Sweeten it with lychee or peach syrup and add popping boba.

How to use

Steep one bag in 150 to 200ml of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove the bag and leave the tea to cool. Add your syrup, milk or powder, pour over ice and top with tapioca pearls or popping boba.
