Strawberry milk tea powder in a 1kg bag, the café size. Mix 1 part powder with 12 parts hot water or milk and pour it over ice, or blend it with ice for a strawberry shake: about 65 to 70 drinks a bag.
This is the sweet strawberry of a strawberry milk, not a tart fresh berry: strawberry powder and a strawberry flavouring on a sugar base, with a single colour, E129, that turns the drink pink. It is made with milk in mind, dairy or oat, and it is the pink layer under a strawberry matcha. With water and ice it is a plainer fruit drink for pearls.
A 150g sachet of strawberry makes a batch of drinks and is the size to try before a bag. This 1kg bag is for a counter, or a household that makes it weekly, and it is the lowest cost per drink. Reseal and keep dry.
Top it with strawberry popping boba, or add tapioca pearls for a strawberry milk tea with pearls.
Measure 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk and stir until it has dissolved. Pour over ice, or blend the made drink with a cup of ice for a shake.
