Description
Blueberry bubble tea syrup in a 1.2kg bottle, the café size. Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea, milk or water and the bottle gives about 24 drinks at 50g each. Shake it, pour it, stir.
The flavour is deep and jammy, nearer a blueberry compote than a punnet of fresh berries, and there is no colouring in its ingredients. It sits well in black tea or oolong, and it makes a blueberry milk tea or a blueberry lemonade with no other flavour added.
The 150g sachet is one round of drinks and the way to test the flavour before buying a bottle. This 1.2kg bottle holds eight of those sachets. If you pour it every day, the 2.5kg bottle brings the cost per drink down.
- 1 part syrup to 5 parts liquid; about 24 drinks a bottle.
- Pour and stir, hot or cold. Nothing to heat, nothing to whisk.
- No colouring in the ingredients.
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Made in Taiwan.
Finish the drink with blueberry popping boba or tapioca pearls.
