Description

Blueberry bubble tea syrup in a 2.5kg bottle, the size you buy when one flavour is carrying the menu. Dilute 1 part syrup to 5 parts tea, milk or water and the bottle gives about 50 drinks at 50g each. Shake it first.

Blueberry here sits at the deep, jammy end of the berry, sweet with a little tartness under it. It works as the base of a berry milk tea, and it takes a long iced build over black tea or lemonade just as well. Strawberry and raspberry are the other two berry syrups in the range, so a list can carry all three.

Two smaller sizes sit under this one. The 150g sachet covers three drinks and exists so you can taste a flavour before committing. The 1.2kg bottle is the everyday counter size at roughly 24 drinks. Take the 2.5kg only if blueberry is a regular pour, because the bottle needs fridge space once you open it.

How to use

Shake the bottle. Stir 50g of syrup into 250ml of milk or tea, then pour over ice. For a blueberry soda, use sparkling water instead.
