Description
Peach bubble tea syrup in a 1.2kg bottle, the café size. Stir 1 part syrup into 5 parts tea, milk or water and a bottle gives about 24 drinks at 50g each. Shake first, then pour and stir.
The flavour is soft, juicy tinned peach rather than a sharp nectarine. Black tea is where it belongs: peach iced tea first, then an oolong milk tea or a glass of lemonade.
The 150g sachet makes one round of drinks and is the smallest way to taste it. This 1.2kg bottle is eight sachets in one and suits a household that makes peach tea every week or a small counter. The 2.5kg bottle is for a counter that pours peach tea all day.

How to use
Shake the bottle. Stir 50g of syrup into 250ml of cold black tea or oolong and pour over ice.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months. Shake well before each use.
