Description
Strawberry bubble tea powder in a 150g sachet, one of our three best-selling sachet flavours. Use it at 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk. It makes the sweet, creamy strawberry milk from a bubble tea menu, pink from allura red, with strawberry powder and strawberry flavouring doing the flavour over sugar, maltodextrin and glucose.
There is no tea in the powder, which matters for what you call the drink. Cold, over ice, with a brewed black tea as the liquid, it is a strawberry milk tea; hot, with milk and nothing else, it is a strawberry milk. Either way the strawberry milk tea powder does the sweetening, so leave the syrup out. Made in Taiwan.
The sachet is for a batch. If strawberry goes on the menu, the 1kg bag makes around 65 to 70 drinks, and it is the café size and the cheaper one per drink. Those are the two sizes strawberry comes in.

Add strawberry popping boba or tapioca pearls, or layer it under matcha for a strawberry matcha.
How to use
Measure 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk and stir until dissolved. Serve hot, or pour over ice. For a milk tea, use a brewed black tea as the liquid.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within 3 months. Do not use if powder is clumped or discoloured.
