Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms govern the Bobalife affiliate programme, operated by MR BUBBLE DRINK LTD, Middle Barn, Meadows Farm, Ervills Road, Worlds End, Waterlooville, PO7 4QU, United Kingdom. By applying you agree to them.

1. Joining

Anyone may apply. Every application is reviewed by hand and we may accept or decline without giving a reason. You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared or transferred.

2. Commission

You earn 10% of the order value on qualifying orders placed through your affiliate link. Commission is calculated on the value of the goods and excludes delivery charges, taxes and any gift card value.

3. Tracking

Referrals are tracked by a cookie that lasts 30 days from the visitor’s last click on your link. If a customer clicks another affiliate’s link after yours, the later click takes precedence. We can only pay commission on referrals our system records, so please test your link before promoting it.

4. When commission is not earned

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back. Commission recorded against a refunded order is reversed.
• Orders you place yourself, or that are placed on your behalf, using your own link.
• Orders where a discount code obtained improperly is used, or where the referral was generated by fraud or manipulation.
• Orders placed before your application was accepted.

5. When and how you get paid

Commission is confirmed 30 days after the order, once the return window has passed and we know the sale has stuck.

Confirmed commission is paid monthly, in the first week of the month, provided your balance has reached £20. If it has not, the balance simply rolls over to the following month.

So that a smaller balance never sits with us indefinitely, any balance outstanding for three months is paid in full at the next run regardless of how small it is.

Payments are made in pounds sterling by PayPal, to the payment email address on your affiliate account. Keeping that address current is your responsibility. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on what you earn; we do not deduct tax at source.

6. How you may promote us

We are glad for you to promote Bobalife on your website, blog, social channels, newsletter or video content. You must not:

• Send unsolicited email, direct messages or other spam.
• Bid on “Bobalife” or close variants in paid search, or use our name in a display URL.
• Represent yourself as Bobalife, or imply your site is operated by us.
• Make claims about our products that we have not published, including health, dietary or allergen claims.
• Post your link on coupon, voucher or cashback sites without asking us first.
• Use our name or content in a way that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

Where the law requires it, you must disclose clearly that your link is an affiliate link. In the UK that includes the CMA and ASA rules on identifying paid or incentivised content.

7. Our brand

You may use the Bobalife name, logo and product images to promote us while you are an active affiliate. Please do not alter the logo, and stop using our materials if you leave the programme or we close your account.

8. Ending the arrangement

Either of us may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason. If we close your account for a breach of these terms or for fraudulent activity, unpaid commission may be withheld. Otherwise, commission properly earned before closure will be paid in the normal way.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, the commission rate or the cookie period. We will publish changes on this page, and they apply to referrals generated after the change. If a change does not suit you, you are free to leave.
