The powder is vegan and gluten free. The taro syrup is vegan and gluten free and contains coconut. The instant taro pearls contain gluten.
Taro powder
Whisk 1 part powder into 7 parts hot water or milk, then pour over ice.
Taro syrup
Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea, milk or water. Shake before you pour.
Mixlife taro syrup
About 20ml a drink. Fits the Bobalife syrup pump, sold separately.
Instant taro pearls
Ready to eat, or 2 minutes in boiling water. Made on malt syrup, so they contain gluten.
About taro
Taro tastes sweet, nutty and a little like vanilla: the purple taro milk tea on every bubble tea menu. Taro is a starchy root vegetable. Our taro powder is 11.5% taro and gives the deepest purple; the syrup stirs straight into cold milk with nothing to heat or whisk.

Which size to buy
The powder comes as a 150g sachet and a 1kg bag. The 1.2kg bottle is the only size of our taro syrup, about 24 drinks. The Mixlife taro syrup is a 1 litre bottle of about 50 drinks at 20ml.
