The popping boba and syrup are vegan and gluten free. Lychee is the only 100g popping boba that contains coconut, and the only one sweetened with sucralose.

Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea, milk or water. Shake before you pour.

About lychee
Lychee is floral and sweet rather than sharp. The popping boba is close to clear with a soft blush of colour, so it sits quietly in a jasmine green tea, and the syrup has a faint rose note. It is a syrup for flavouring drinks, not tinned lychees in syrup.

Which size to buy
Lychee popping boba comes as a 100g pot, a 600g tub for the home, a 1.6kg tub and a 3.4kg catering tub. The 150g syrup sachet is one round of drinks, and the 1.2kg bottle is eight sachets, about 24 drinks.
