Description
Brown sugar syrup in a 2.5kg bottle. Mixed at 1 part syrup to 5 parts milk, tea or water it runs to about 50 drinks at 50g a serve, and it is also what you soak cooked tapioca in.
Brown sugar here is the treacle-dark kind, with the molasses depth of dark muscovado. It is the base of a brown sugar boba milk: syrup into the cup first, warm cooked pearls next, cold milk poured over the top. It is one of our three best sellers in this size.
Brown sugar is the one flavour in the range we make in this size alone: there is no sachet and no smaller bottle under it, so 2.5kg is the buy either way. Give the bottle fridge space once it is open.
- About 50 drinks from the 2.5kg bottle at 50g a serve.
- Deep treacle notes. Made for brown sugar boba milk.
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Made in Taiwan.
Boil a batch of tapioca pearls to soak in it, or add brown sugar popping boba on top.
How to use
Shake the bottle. For a brown sugar boba milk, put the syrup in the cup, add warm cooked pearls, then pour in cold milk. To dilute, use 50g of syrup to 250ml of liquid.
