About coffee
Coffee popping boba is our best-selling 600g flavour: deep espresso-brown pearls that burst with a roasted coffee flavoured syrup. The coffee powder has cocoa in it as well as coffee, so it lands closer to a bottled iced mocha than a flat black, and needs no machine.
What to make with coffee
- Coffee pearls in an iced latte, a milk tea, a taro milk tea or a chocolate bubble tea, or over ice cream.
- An iced coffee: 1 part powder to 7 parts hot water or milk, cooled right down over ice.
- Brown sugar syrup and tapioca pearls make it heavier and sweeter.

Which size to buy
Coffee popping boba comes in two sizes, the 100g pot and the 600g tub of 12 to 15 servings. The powder comes as a 150g sachet and a 1kg bag. It is sweet enough to drink as it is, so taste it before you add anything.
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day, and UK delivery is free on orders over £75.
