Description
Classic milk tea powder in a 1kg bag: the plain sweet milk tea, with no fruit flavour in it. Mix 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk and a bag gives about 65 to 70 drinks.
There is no dairy in it. The base is black tea powder and black tea flavouring, so the body comes from the powder itself and you decide whether the milk is dairy, oat or nothing at all. It tastes of strong sweet tea with the tannin edge taken off.
This is one of our three best-selling 1kg powders. A 150g sachet is a batch of drinks if you are still working out your ratio. Keep the scoop dry and reseal the bag after each use.

Build it over tapioca pearls for a straight boba milk tea, or finish it with popping boba.
How to use
Measure 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk. Stir until it has fully dissolved, then pour over ice. It also mixes with brewed oolong or black tea in place of the water.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within 3 months. Do not use if powder is clumped or discoloured.
