Green apple popping boba in a 3.4kg bulk tub, sized for catering, dessert bars and any counter pouring fruit tea all day. Around 70 servings at 50g a drink, ready to eat from the tub with no cooking and no soaking.
The flavour is crisp and sour-sweet, with apple syrup and apple flavouring in the recipe and malic acid behind the sharpness. The colour is a bright lime green, mixed from a yellow (tartrazine) and a blue (brilliant blue), which makes this the only flavour in the 3.4kg size with a blue colour on its ingredient list. It is one of our three best-selling 3.4kg flavours. Each pearl is a thin skin around the syrup that bursts on the bite. Try it in jasmine tea or green tea, or in a lemonade-style fruit tea where the sourness fits.
Buy the 100g pot to try the flavour, the 600g tub for a household that drinks it weekly, or the 1.6kg tub, the café size, at around 35 servings. This 3.4kg tub is twice the 1.6kg and, once opened, it needs the fridge, so it suits a counter where green apple goes out daily.
