Description
Green tea bags for bubble tea in a 100 pack, the pack a café brews from. Green is a base under a fruit tea: steep one bag in 150 to 200ml of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, take the bag out, let the tea cool, then add fruit syrup, ice and boba.
The brew is grassy and clean, a subtle base that lets the syrup carry the drink. Lychee, passion fruit and peach syrups all sit well on it. Add milk and a little sugar syrup instead and you have a green milk tea.
A hundred bags is for a counter with green tea on the menu, or a household that has already settled on green as its base. If you have not brewed it before, the 20 pack is the place to start.
- Steep 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water, then cool.
- Brew it strong, as a concentrate, then cool it before building the drink.
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Green tea and nothing else in the bag.
Sweeten it with a fruit syrup and top with popping boba.
