Description
Honeydew melon bubble tea powder in a 150g sachet, enough for a batch of drinks. One part powder, twelve parts hot water or milk, stirred until dissolved. It is the pale green melon milk tea from a bubble tea menu: soft, sweet, with a floral edge to it.
The green is two colours working together, tartrazine and brilliant blue, and the flavour is honeydew melon powder and honeydew melon flavouring over sugar, glucose and maltodextrin. There is no tea in the powder itself. Milk gives you a melon milk; a brewed green tea as the liquid gives you a melon milk tea powder drink with the tea in it. Made in Taiwan.
For a flavour you have not made before, the sachet is the honest place to start. When it works, the 1kg bag is the café size at around 65 to 70 drinks, and honeydew is sold in those two sizes only.

How to use
Measure 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk and stir until dissolved. Serve over ice. For a milk tea, use a brewed green tea as the liquid.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within 3 months. Do not use if powder is clumped or discoloured.
