Description

Kiwi bubble tea syrup in a 2.5kg bottle. One part syrup to five parts tea, milk or water gives about 50 drinks at 50g, and the bottle is made with 1% kiwi puree.

Kiwi is green and gently sour, with a tropical note behind it. Apple concentrated juice is declared ahead of the 1% kiwi puree, so there is more apple than kiwi in the bottle. Over green tea it makes a kiwi cooler, and it goes long with lemonade and plenty of ice.

A 2.5kg bottle is a lot of one flavour, so take it when kiwi has a fixed place on the menu. Kiwi is made in two sizes only, this bottle and the 150g sachet, and the sachet is three drinks, which is enough to find out whether kiwi sells for you.

Serve it with mango popping boba, or long over tapioca pearls.

How to use

Shake the bottle. Stir 50g of syrup into 250ml of green tea or water and pour over ice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months. Shake well before each use.
