Lychee popping boba in a 3.4kg bulk tub, our best-selling 3.4kg flavour and the size to buy for catering and dessert bars. Around 70 servings at 50g a drink. The pearls are ready to eat straight from the tub: no cooking, no soaking.
Lychee is floral, sweet and fragrant, the flavour of a lychee fruit tea. The recipe is lychee syrup and lychee flavouring, sweetened with sucralose as well as the syrup, and it carries a clouding agent made with coconut oil, which is why this flavour is labelled as containing coconut. Each pearl is a thin skin around the syrup and bursts when you bite it. It sits well in jasmine tea, in a green tea, or with a rose syrup.
The 100g pot is for trying the flavour. The 600g tub is for a household that drinks it weekly and the 1.6kg tub is the café size, around 35 servings. This bulk tub holds twice that and goes in the fridge once opened, so buy it when lychee is on the menu every day.
Pair it with a lychee or peach fruit syrup, or drop it into a milk tea.
