Description

Mango milk tea powder in a 1kg bag, the café size. Mix 1 part powder with 12 parts hot water or milk and pour over ice, or blend the made drink with ice and milk for a mango shake. About 65 to 70 drinks a bag.

The flavour is ripe and sweet with a little sharpness from citric acid, and the colour is a deep golden yellow from the two colours in it. It is made with mango powder and a mango flavouring on a sugar base. Mango is not one of the 14 declared allergens, but we say ‘contains mango’ on this page anyway. It is the powder behind a mango milk tea, and a mango shake with mango popping boba on top.

Mango is also sold as a 150g sachet, a batch of drinks and the way to try it before a full bag. This 1kg bag is the size for a counter, or a family that gets through it, and it is the cheapest per drink. Reseal after use and keep it dry.

How to use

Measure 1 part powder to 12 parts hot water or milk and stir until it has dissolved, then pour over ice. For a shake, blend the made drink with a cup of ice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within 3 months. Do not use if powder is clumped or discoloured.
