Mango bubble tea syrup in a 2.5kg bottle, the high-volume size. Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea, milk or water and a bottle makes about 50 drinks at 50g each. Shake the bottle first.
This is a ripe, sweet mango with a little tang from malic acid, made with mango juice, and it pours cloudy. It goes into a mango green tea, a mango milk tea or a mango slush, and it is one of the three best-selling 2.5kg syrups in the range. Green tea and oolong are the bases to pair it with, and it works in a smoothie or a mango milk as well.
The 2.5kg bottle is the mango for a counter with it on the board every day. If you are new to the flavour, the 150g sachet is a round of three drinks, and the 1.2kg bottle is the café size at about 24 drinks. Opened bottles are refrigerated, so the big bottle only makes sense if it will be used steadily.
Pair it with mango popping boba for the shop mango green tea, or with milk tea powder for a mango milk tea.
