The flavour is ripe and sweet with a tang behind it from malic acid, and the pearls are a deep golden orange. Mango syrup and mango flavouring are in the recipe, so the tub is labelled as containing mango. Mango is one of our three best-selling flavours in the 3.4kg size. Each pearl holds its shape in the cup and bursts on the bite. It sits well in a green tea, in a mango milk tea, or with passion fruit or pineapple syrup in a fruit tea.

The 100g pot lets you try the flavour. A household that drinks it weekly is better served by the 600g tub, and a café by the 1.6kg at around 35 servings. This tub is double that, and an opened tub has to be refrigerated, so it belongs where mango pours all day.
