Mixlife Caramel Syrup 1 Litre

Rich, buttery caramel with a clean finish and no burnt edge. This is the caramel a coffee shop actually pours: rounded enough to carry a double espresso, sweet enough to hold up through ice and milk.

Two pumps into the cup before the shot and you have a caramel latte that tastes like the one you queue for. It behaves just as well cold, which is where most caramel syrups thin out and disappear.

How much to use

Two pumps, about 20ml, is coffee-shop strength. One for a subtler note, three for frappés and milkshakes. A one litre bottle gives you around 100 pumps, roughly 50 drinks at coffee-shop strength, and fits any standard 8-10ml portion pump.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed before opening; refrigerate after opening. Best before 18 months from date of manufacture.
