Mixlife Vanilla Syrup 1 Litre

Soft, creamy vanilla with a warm rounded finish. The most versatile bottle on the shelf and the one most cafes reach for first.

This is the fuller, creamier end of vanilla, closer to custard than to a thin vanilla essence. It sweetens a latte without flattening the coffee, and it is the syrup that plays nicely with everything else on the bar, from cold brew to matcha.

How much to use

Two pumps, about 20ml, is coffee-shop strength. One for a subtler note, three for frappés and milkshakes. A one litre bottle gives you around 100 pumps, roughly 50 drinks at coffee-shop strength, and fits any standard 8-10ml portion pump.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed before opening; refrigerate after opening. Best before 18 months from date of manufacture.
