Mixlife Taro Syrup 1 Litre

Sweet, nutty taro with a creamy finish. The bubble tea classic straight from the bottle, with no powder to whisk and no lumps to chase.

Taro is normally sold as a powder, which means clumping, scooping and a different result every time. As a syrup it pumps straight into the glass and pours the same on the hundredth drink as the first. Add cooked pearls, ice and milk and it is done.

How much to use

Two pumps, about 20ml, is coffee-shop strength. One for a subtler note, three for frappés and milkshakes. A one litre bottle gives you around 100 pumps, roughly 50 drinks at coffee-shop strength, and fits any standard 8-10ml portion pump.

High Fructose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Flavouring (Taro), Clouding Agent [Water, Starch Sodium Octenyl Succinate, Coconut Oil, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Polyphosphate, Citric Acid], Preservative: Potassium Sorbate (E202), Stabiliser: Carboxymethyl Cellulose (E466), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum (E415), Acid: Citric Acid (E330), Colours: E129, E133, Sweetener: Sucralose (E955).

Allergens

Contains coconut (clouding agent). E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed before opening; refrigerate after opening. Best before 18 months from date of manufacture.
