Description

Oolong tea bags for bubble tea, 100 to a pack. One bag steeped for 3 to 5 minutes in 150 to 200ml of boiling water, cooled and poured over ice, is a traditional base for a milk tea bubble tea.

Toasted rather than grassy, and rounded, with a slight roasted depth behind it. Each bag brews a strong, clean concentrate to build a drink on. It goes with a milk tea powder, a taro powder or a brown sugar syrup.

The 100 pack is for a kitchen where oolong is the standing base, or a counter pouring milk teas through the week. If oolong is still on trial, start on the 20 pack.

How to use

Pour 150 to 200ml of boiling water over one bag, leave it 3 to 5 minutes and remove the bag. Cool the tea, then build over ice with milk tea powder or syrup, milk, and pearls or popping boba.
