Description

Pineapple bubble tea syrup in a 2.5kg bottle, the high-volume size. One part syrup to 5 parts tea or water works out at about 50 drinks a bottle, 50g each. Shake it first.

Pineapple is bright and tangy with a sweet finish, and it pours cloudy. It is the base for a pineapple green tea, the pineapple in a tropical fruit tea or slush, and it goes with coconut milk and in sodas too.

The 2.5kg bottle suits a shop pouring pineapple every day, or a slush machine running a tropical flavour all summer. For a taste, the 150g sachet is three drinks, and the 1.2kg bottle covers a café at about 24 drinks. Once opened it is refrigerated, so at home the sachet or the 1.2kg is the sensible size.

How to use

Shake the bottle. Add 50g of syrup to 250ml of tea, milk or water, stir, pour over ice.
