Lychee popping boba in a 600g tub: 12 to 15 servings at 40 to 50g, ready as soon as you open it. Lychee popping boba are pearls with a soft skin around a lychee syrup, clear with a soft blush tint, and they burst on the bite. No cooking or preparation needed. One of our three best-selling 600g flavours.
The flavour is floral, sweet and fragrant, the lychee of a lychee jelly or a lychee iced tea. The list carries lychee syrup and a clouding agent made with coconut oil, which is why coconut is disclosed below, and it is the one 600g flavour sweetened with sucralose as well as sugar. It belongs in a jasmine tea or a green tea.
Lychee comes in four sizes. The 100g pot is one drink. This 600g tub is for a household making boba drinks across the week; it keeps five days in the fridge once opened, so it is the right buy when you will use a dozen or more servings in that time. The 1.6kg and 3.4kg tubs are for counters and catering.
Pour a lychee or peach syrup over them in a green tea, or add tapioca pearls for the chew.
