Description

Mango bubble tea syrup in a 1.2kg bottle, the size a café works from. One part syrup to five parts tea, milk or water gives roughly 24 drinks at 50g of syrup a drink, with nothing to heat and nothing to whisk.

Made with mango juice, it is ripe and sweet with a tang behind it, and it pours a deep golden orange. Mango is one of our three best-selling 1.2kg syrups. It carries a mango milk tea on its own, and it works over green tea or oolong for an iced fruit tea.

This bottle is eight 150g sachets in one. A sachet is about three drinks, which is the cheap way to test a flavour, while the 2.5kg bottle is the one for a counter pouring mango all day.

Serve it over tapioca pearls, or add mango popping boba for a second hit of fruit.

How to use

Shake the bottle. Add 50g of syrup to 250ml of tea, milk or water, stir, and pour over ice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months. Shake well before each use.
