Each pearl holds mango syrup with mango flavouring, sweet and ripe, coloured golden orange with a yellow and a red. The pack declares mango, so if you avoid it this is the flavour to leave. It goes into a mango milk tea, a green tea with passion fruit or pineapple syrup, a smoothie or a frozen yoghurt, and it is the mango boba in our Bobaslush kit.

Mango is packed in every size. The 100g pot is the one to try first, the 600g tub suits a household that drinks it weekly, and the 3.4kg catering tub gives around 70 servings for dessert bars. This 1.6kg tub is for a counter serving mango daily.
