Description

Passion fruit popping boba in a 1.6kg tub, the café size and one of our three best-selling 1.6kg flavours. Around 35 servings at 40 to 50g, straight from the tub with nothing to boil or soak.

The pearl is filled with passion fruit syrup and passion fruit flavouring, tangy and tropical, and it takes three colours, a yellow, an orange and a red, to reach the golden colour. It is the boba we put with mango syrup in the cocktail slush kit, and it goes the same way at home: a mango or pineapple fruit tea, or a lychee drink.

Passion fruit comes in three sizes. The 100g pot is the way to try it, this 1.6kg tub is for a counter serving it daily, and the 3.4kg tub, around 70 servings, is the catering size for dessert bars.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. Do not freeze.
