Sweet and soft, with a gentle floral note, this is the peach of a peach iced tea. Peach syrup and peach flavouring carry the taste, with a little malic acid behind them. It goes into a jasmine tea, into a peach iced tea built on our peach syrup, or into a vanilla milk tea, or over yoghurt.

Peach is sold in three sizes. Start with the 100g pot if you want to try it: that is one drink. This 600g tub is the household size for a week of boba drinks, and it keeps for five days in the fridge once opened, so it suits a home that will get through it in that time. The 1.6kg tub is the café size.
