Description
Pineapple bubble tea syrup in a 1.2kg bottle, the café size. The ratio is 1 part syrup to 5 parts tea, milk or water, which works out at about 24 drinks a bottle at 50g each. It goes in cold, no heating.
Pineapple is sweet and tangy with the sharpness of the fruit’s core rather than the heavy sweetness of a tinned ring. It is the base for a pineapple green tea and a pineapple slush, and it works in a mocktail with soda and lime. Mixed with milk or oat milk it makes a pineapple milk tea, which is less odd than it sounds.
Start with the 150g sachet if you only want one round of drinks. This 1.2kg bottle equals eight sachets and is the size for a shop or a household that makes fruit tea every week. The 2.5kg bottle is the high-volume size.
- 1 part syrup, 5 parts tea or soda. About 24 drinks.
- Stirs into iced tea, soda or a slush machine without heating.
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Made in Taiwan.
Serve it with passion fruit or mango popping boba, or over tapioca pearls.
