Each pearl holds strawberry syrup with strawberry flavouring, sweet and straightforward, coloured red with a single colour. It is the boba in both our Bobaslush and cocktail slush kits, matched there with strawberry syrup, and at home it goes into a vanilla milk tea, a green tea or over frozen yoghurt.
Strawberry comes in all four sizes. The 100g pot is the taster, the 600g tub is for a household that drinks it weekly, and the 3.4kg tub gives around 70 servings for catering and dessert bars. This 1.6kg tub is the one to buy for daily service.
