Description

Passion fruit syrup for bubble tea in a 150g sachet, enough for one round. Dilute 1 part syrup in 5 parts tea or water and a sachet makes about 3 drinks at 50g each. Shake it before you open it.

Passion fruit is tart and tropical, with enough acidity to cut through a sweet drink, a boba or a cocktail alike. It is one of our three best-selling sachet flavours. Green tea is the usual base, for a passion fruit green tea with popping boba. It also goes with mango or pineapple in a mixed fruit tea.

A sachet is the way to test it before you buy a bottle. The 1.2kg bottle is eight sachets and about 24 drinks; the 2.5kg bottle is about 50, for anyone with passion fruit tea on the menu.

Top with passion fruit popping boba for the classic passion fruit green tea, or tapioca pearls for chew.

How to use

Shake the sachet, then pour 50g of syrup into 250ml of tea, milk or water and stir. Serve over ice or warm it through. One 150g sachet is about three drinks.
