Description

Passion fruit bubble tea syrup in a 2.5kg bottle, the high-volume size. Dilute 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea or water and you get about 50 drinks from the bottle at 50g each. Shake it before you use it.

Passion fruit is tangy and tropical, sweeter than the fresh fruit but with the same sour bite. It pours cloudy and it is the syrup for a passion fruit green tea over ice. It is sharp enough to cut through a sweet milk base, and it pairs with mango or pineapple syrup in a tropical mix.

The 2.5kg bottle is for a shop with passion fruit tea on the menu all year. The 150g sachet is the way to try it, three drinks in the pack, and the 1.2kg bottle is the café size at about 24 drinks. Once open the bottle is stored in the fridge, so at home a smaller pack is usually the better buy.

How to use

Shake the bottle. Add 50g of syrup to 250ml of tea, milk or water, stir, pour over ice.
