Description
Passion fruit bubble tea syrup in a 1.2kg bottle. Dilute 1 part syrup to 5 parts tea, milk or water and you have about 24 drinks, measuring 50g of syrup into each one.
Passion fruit is tart and sharp with a sweetness underneath, and the sourness is what makes it work against green tea rather than milk. It sits in our three best-selling 1.2kg syrups. Green tea is its base, and it takes mango or pineapple alongside it in the same cup.
A 150g sachet runs to three drinks and is enough to see whether you like it. The bottle here is the working size for a counter or a busy kitchen, and the 2.5kg brings the cost per drink down again.
- Tart and sharp, and it belongs in green tea rather than milk.
- 1 part syrup to 5 parts liquid. About 24 drinks a bottle.
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
- Made in Taiwan.
Drop in passion fruit popping boba, or build it over tapioca pearls.
