Peach is made with peach syrup, and it is sweet and soft with a gentle floral note behind it. The pearls are a soft peachy-orange rather than a bright colour. Jasmine is the tea to build it on, in an iced peach tea, and it works just as well spooned over yoghurt.

One pot answers the question and no more. Move up to the 600g tub if peach becomes a weekly drink, or to the 1.6kg tub if you are serving other people.
