One of our three best-selling 100g flavours. Each pearl is filled with strawberry syrup and strawberry flavouring, with malic acid in the list, and one colour only, Allura Red AC, so the pearls are an even red. The taste is sweet, classic strawberry, the strawberry of a strawberry milk tea from the shop. It goes into a vanilla milk tea, a lychee fruit tea or a green tea.
Strawberry comes in all four sizes: this pot, the 600g tub at around 12 to 15 servings, the 1.6kg tub at around 35, and the 3.4kg tub at around 70. Buy the pot first if you are new to it.
