Description
Green apple syrup for bubble tea in a 150g sachet, one round of drinks. Dilute 1 part syrup in 5 parts tea or water and you get about 3 drinks at 50g of syrup each. Shake the sachet first.
Green apple is sour-sweet with a clean, crisp finish, more boiled sweet than orchard apple. It is a fruit tea syrup rather than a milk tea one: cold brew green tea or a jasmine iced tea suit it best. It is also one of the three syrups in our Bobaslush kit.
A sachet is enough to find out whether you like it before buying a bottle. The 1.2kg bottle is eight sachets in one and makes about 24 drinks; the 2.5kg bottle is about 50, and the size to buy if it is going into a slush machine every week.

Finish with green apple popping boba for a double-apple fruit tea, or tapioca pearls if you want chew rather than pop.
How to use
Shake the sachet, then pour 50g of syrup into 250ml of tea, milk or water and stir. Serve over ice or warm it through. One 150g sachet is about three drinks.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months. Shake well before each use.
