Description
Strawberry bubble tea syrup in a 1.2kg bottle, the café size. Dilute 1 part syrup with 5 parts tea, milk or water and you get about 24 drinks a bottle at 50g each. Shake it first.
This is the sweet, jammy strawberry of a shop-bought strawberry milk tea rather than a sharp fresh-fruit note. Made with strawberry pulp, it pours pink and clouds a little in the glass. It works in black tea, oolong or milk, and it is the syrup in our strawberry boba slush recipe. It is our best-selling 1.2kg syrup flavour.
A 1.2kg bottle is eight 150g sachets. If you have not tried the flavour, start with the sachet. If you are pouring it every day, the 2.5kg bottle brings the cost per drink down further. The 1.2kg bottle takes our syrup pump.
- 1 part syrup to 5 parts liquid. About 24 drinks a bottle.

Add strawberry popping boba or tapioca pearls to finish the drink.
