It is made with passion fruit syrup, and the burst is tart at the front and sweet at the back. Sunset yellow sits in this ingredient list and in no other flavour in the size. The pearls are a vivid golden-yellow. It belongs in a green tea, alongside mango in a fruit tea, or in a soda over plenty of ice.

Take the pot to try the flavour or to put a second one in a round of drinks. Passion fruit is packed in this pot, in the 1.6kg tub a counter runs on, and in the 3.4kg catering tub.
